Group Classes
For September and October I am offering only 1 regular class at le Studio Sacred Space, in Mont-Tremblant, Thursdays, at 4 pm. Limited Spaces available. These are gentle classes taught in English.
I teach Aerieal Yoga on Thursdays at 12:30 at Karma Shala, in Mont-Tremblant.

Private Yoga
Yoga is a wonderful addition to an event. Classes are intended to connect participants to their inner beings, their community and to nature. I also lead group hikes, and team building exercices that incorporate movement and Nature.
